Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging in any services offered through this website. By booking a session, workshop, or engaging with any content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the following.

1. Nature of Services

All services offered—including but not limited to hypnosis, somatic practices, guided inquiry, breathwork, lifestyle guidance, and educational workshops—are intended for personal growth, self-awareness and well-being.

These services are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis or emergency services. I do not diagnose, treat, cure or prescribe for any medical or psychological condition.

If you are currently under the care of a licensed medical or mental health professional, you are encouraged to consult them before beginning this work.

2. Client Responsibility & Personal Agency

By engaging in this work, you acknowledge and agree that:

·      You are fully responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being during and after sessions.

·      You understand that transformation, insight and integration are personal processes and cannot be guaranteed.

·      You take full responsibility for your choices, actions, interpretations and results.

·      You agree to communicate honestly and clearly about your experience, capacity and needs.

This work is collaborative. I provide guidance and facilitation; you are the active participant and authority in your own process.

3. Emotional Awareness & Capacity

This work may bring forward emotions, memories, sensations, or insights.

By participating, you affirm that: - You have the emotional capacity and stability to engage in inner work. - You understand that emotional responses are part of the process and are your responsibility to tend to. - You agree not to hold the practitioner responsible for emotional experiences, reactions, or outcomes that arise.

If at any point you feel overwhelmed, it is your responsibility to pause, seek appropriate support, or communicate your needs.

4. No Guarantees

While this work is offered with integrity, care, and professionalism, no guarantees are made regarding outcomes, results or specific changes.

Each person’s process is unique and influenced by many factors beyond the scope of a session.

5. Boundaries & Professional Relationship

This work is conducted within clear professional boundaries.

·      The relationship is not therapeutic, clinical or medical in nature.

·      Contact outside of scheduled sessions is limited to logistics and scheduling unless otherwise agreed upon.

·      Emotional dependency, crisis support or on-demand availability are outside the scope of this work.

6. Payment, Fees & No Packages

·      All services are offered on a per-session or per-event basis.

·      Packages are not offered.

·      Payment is required in full prior to sessions or events.

·      Fees reflect time, preparation, facilitation, and professional expertise.

By booking, you agree to honor the energetic and financial exchange.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

·      A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session.

·      Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

·      Emergencies will be handled with discretion and compassion.

8. Confidentiality

All personal information and session content are held in confidence, except where disclosure is required by law.

Please note that confidentiality does not apply to group workshops where other participants are present; discretion is encouraged.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, language, recordings, and frameworks shared are the intellectual property of the practitioner and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

10. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By engaging in this work, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release the practitioner from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation.

11. Agreement

By booking a session, workshop, or engaging with this website, you confirm that you: - Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions - Agree to take full responsibility for your experience - Enter this work willingly and with self-agency.

12. Substance Use & Addiction Disclosure Policy

For the safety, integrity and effectiveness of this work, clients are required to disclose any current or past history of substance use, addiction or dependency prior to engaging in services.

The services offered through The Invitation to Wellness are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or addiction treatment. If you are currently experiencing active substance dependence or are not under the care of a licensed therapist or qualified healthcare provider while in active recovery, you may not be eligible to participate in these services at this time.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if it is determined that a client would be better supported within a clinical or medically supervised setting.

By engaging in these services, you acknowledge full responsibility for your own well-being and choices, and agree that The Invitation to Wellness and its practitioners are not liable for any outcomes related to undisclosed or ongoing substance use or addictive behaviors.

13. Sessions & Personalized Audios

Sessions are offered as complete, self-contained therapeutic experiences designed to support presence, integration, and embodied change. Personalized session audios are not included with individual sessions and are offered separately as a standalone service or within select containers.

14. Maintaining a Safe and Respectful Therapeutic Container

The integrity of the therapeutic container is essential to this work. Sessions are held within a foundation of mutual respect, emotional safety, and appropriate boundaries.

I reserve the right to pause or discontinue working with a client if the relational or energetic dynamic becomes unsafe, disruptive, or no longer aligned with the conditions required for effective therapeutic work. In such cases, any remaining sessions or fees will be addressed in a manner that is fair and appropriate.

15. Practice Evolution

My offerings and policies may evolve over time as the practice continues to refine and deepen. Any updates will be reflected here.
