Our story began in NYC in the 90s. Leila was always into health and wellness but decided to take a yoga teacher training after having her son. She also gave birth to a new way of being, and answering the call of her soul to embark on a path of serving others and being a guide and witness for deep transformative inner work.
Fast forward to 2025, post-pandemic culture is laden with yoga and wellness practitioners across social media and in every city. This is a remarkable time to be alive and conscious awareness of living healthy in mind, body, spirit is expanding. We are taking it a step further.
The Invitation to Wellness was created to give you the most personalized care and guidance with experiences that are designed to accelerate your expansion of consciousness and healing to navigate the energies of the times.
Embarking on the inner work journey used to be a lonely and isolated path. In this age, you need a community to support you and a guide who has done the work and walked the path.

I’m so glad your path led you here. In my experience, there are no accidents — only quiet invitations from the soul. Take your time, feel into what’s here and receive whatever speaks to the deeper part of you.

The Invitation to Wellness is more than a platform—it’s a living expression of everything I’ve devoted my life to learning about and living. After more than 25 years of walking this healing path, studying, unlearning, making mistakes, falling down, getting back up, remembering, growing and becoming... it feels like the right moment to share what I’ve gathered and lived through, from a place that’s deeply rooted on earth and in my spirit. It’s not about perfection but getting on the court, exploring and being willing to be honest with yourself and others. When you’re just sitting in the stands, you miss out on all the goodies.

What you’ll find here are the offerings of my heart: sessions, teachings and practices that have been shaped by my own inner work and spiritual devotion. They’re here to support you in unlocking what’s been dormant, enlivening what’s true and helping you return to the sacred power that already lives within you.
